A new urban perch right in the heart of downtown Charlottesville. This project included thermally treated poplar siding, custom floating tread stair, automated lighting and outdoor shades, luxury flooring from heart pine and many other bells and whistles. Not the least of which is a superior building envelope and solar panels that get the project to net zero.
